Ready to Purchase? Follow These Steps!
1) Fill out a requisition in Banner

2)Log into HSS or HEAT Self Service and fill out an online check sheet here.
  Choose NEW ORDERS FOR DELIVERY if you are ordering equipment.
  The default is NEW ORDERS which is for software only!

Once the sheet is submitted a HEAT ticket number will display and be sent to you via email.

When the check sheet is submitted it will be reviewed by ITS and facilities if needed. After the sheet is approved, an email will be forwarded to the Purchasing Department as approved.

Please remember to add any links, quote numbers and pertinent information about the purchase in the check sheet. A requisition number MUST be entered. If any paperwork must be sent to ITS (like documentation about an order or the actual quote) an email should be sent to helpdesk@frc.mass.edu with the HEAT number in the subject line.

Only people approved as a Banner requisitioner can access this check sheet. If you are having problems logging in, please contact the helpdesk.
