Student Helpdesk and Main Computer Lab Hours

The Student Helpdesk is located in room G17 of Hemenway Hall, in front of the main computer lab in G20. The Student Helpdesk staff is there to assist all student users with their academic computing and technology needs. The Student Helpdesk acts as first level support for students with laptops, computing and cable television issues or support needs. More advanced support for laptops will be provided at the Laptop Helpdesk. ITS Student Helpdesk employees are available in the Main Computer Lab, Hemenway Hall, Room G17, during regular lab hours:

FSC students and alumni may gain access to the computer labs during the posted hours.

G20 Main Lab hours:

The lab and helpdesk will be open Monday- Friday 8a.m.-5 p.m. while there are no classes in session. Lab and helpdesk will be closed during national and state holidays.

College Center Lab 24/7
The new lab located in the Commuter Lounge of the College Center is available 24/7 for any student to use. There is also a network printer available for both laptop and desktop users to print to.
